surprisingly charmed!

the staffs kindness was really something special. they switched my room to the ground floor after i showed up on crutches. the room itself was comfy and clean. the shower worked great and the bed and pillows was nice.
the hotel show its age. its centrally located but you can see that the hotel has been here for a while.

the breakfast area was stocked with pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit. coffee and tea were available all morning and that was really convinient. the dining area was maintained clean.

reception was quick and friendly with my requests. the staffs are all super cute and they seem always ready to help. housekeepings service made everything very neat.

The location was superb, just a short walk to many attractions. The room included fresh towels daily and tea and coffee making facilities. These were replenished regularly. The adjustable showerhead was quite effective. The water temperature was consistent.
The stairs were a bit narrow. Navigating with luggage required extra care.

i found the location excellent, close to victoria station. leaving luggage before check-in and after check-out was permitted. the staff were happy to assist with requests, especially regarding directions and local amenities.
The narrow staircase posed a challenge when i needed to transport luggage to the upper floors. An elevator would improve accessibility.

The staff was very friendly. They stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out (it was super helpful). The location is good. It's a short walk to a main transportation hub.
The stairs were very narrow (it was difficult to carry luggage). There was no elevator. I had a room on the upper floor.

i found the room size quite good, a beautiful twin room. the adjustable showerhead and the bathroom size were appreciated. the staff accommodated my request for a room with limited stairs (it was very helpful).
The room faced the street. Therefore, there was some vehicle noise.

several lovely places are nearby for breakfast even on sundays. there are many cafés and restaurants within walking distance. battersea power station, a new shopping center, offers more dining choices and is also close.
